My son was chewing on his toy and got the orange spikey ring stuck in his mouth. He was scared I was scared. It took me 5 minutes to finally get the toy unstuck while it was wedged between his gums. My poor baby couldn’t close his mouth and was getting so red. We love this toy but I don’t think it’s safe. I think some safer modifications should be made.
