Cancelling an Order

Cancel or change an order

Since most orders begin processing immediately, there is a short window in canceling or changing an order with standard shipping. We will make every effort to accommodate changes to or cancellations of orders that have not yet processed; however, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it begins processing. Note: expedited orders and store pickup orders begin processing immediately.

If less than one hour has passed since submitting your order you may login to your account and click View Order History. If the order has not yet processed you will find a cancel order button that you may click to cancel your order. If you are an unregistered user, you may use the track order feature (using your email address and order number) to access the cancel button.

If you need to change the size, color or quantity of only a part of your order or require additional assistance, please call customer service at 877-333-0117 or 762-232-1399 from 8am-9pm EST daily (except holidays) to revise your order.
