Carter’s Cares, our philanthropic and volunteerism program, is designed to engage our employees and customers directly with the communities in which we do business. Supporting Our
Employees in Doing Good

We empower our employees to serve their communities through company- sponsored volunteer events as well as by encouraging them to organize their own.

Carter’s invests in families spending more time together by making a $250 grant to a school when an eligible Carter’s employee has volunteered at least 16 hours in the classroom. Our Matching Gifts Program currently matches 100 percent of every dollar, up to an annual per employee limit, given by an eligible employee to charitable organizations that benefit the health and wellbeing of children. The program ensures a voice for employees in selecting the organizations that receive financial support from Carter’s.
