Soft fabric, adorable design!

Very cute swimsuit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s cute and girly without being pink which is a plus. The 12 month felt snug on my 11 month old and she’s in the 50 percentile. 18 month fits better but the arms are a bit long. I would recommend.
