The material is so soft and the finishes are really beautiful. She was so excited about all the little accessories that came with it.

trying to see what your warranty is I bought this about a year ago at target and I can't find the receipt the zipper came loose.

I received Style #816523024639 (Suite by Skip-Hop 6 in 1 Diaper Backpack Set) as a gift for my newborn.  On 1st use the main compartment zipper coil broke. The zipper is no longer operable.  I do not have any receipts.  Is it possible to get it replaced
