Is this made out of 100% food grade silicone? If not, what are the materials? Is it BPA, phthalates, and PVC free? Is any part of it PEVA?

Skip Hop does not use materials that intentionally adds BPA or phthalates (or PVC materials with phthalates) in any of our products.
