Extremely disappointed by this item -- we ordered from Amazon and were so excited to use it, but upon assembly the bottom metal bars are warped rending the entire bouncer unstable - like a see saw. I looked in the reviews and so many other people are being sold defective items with the same issue! We sadly returned :(

We just assembled it last week and the seat base leans to the left making it so only one of my baby’s feet is able to touch the ground. We have taken it apart and re-assembled it with the same result. I immediately reached out to customer service and they were very responsive initially. They asked for pictures and videos to which I provided right away and never received a response. Very disappointed as my baby really enjoys this.

I called to see if I could get a replacement and they said they can't replace the parts. It was a gift so I have no proof of purchase and can't get a replacement. She's just using it without the lights and music which is really sad because that keeps her occupied so much longer.
