Suck
I got it because my sister has them for both her boys and i thought it would be good. No it's so freaking quiet there's no point. I told my sister and she said "yeah they're hit or miss, I've been through five of them already because some are super quiet or just stop working" why she keeps buying them? No clue lol

Expected more
With its price, I guess I just expected more. I love Skip hop products but it would be nice if it had more options for projector or for the stars to move. Baby unfortunately has not been interested. I appreciate the quality and I'll probably end up using it as a nightlight when baby is older.

Stopped working after 4 months
We received this soother on our baby registry. We have been using it for ~4 months, but last night it stopped working. We checked the USB plug with another device and the plug was still working, so we think the Elephant is broken.
We really like this soother because it helps our twin girls sleep at night. We would expect something like this to last a long time, not just 4 months.

Worked Great! Until it didn't...
We had purchased the same machine for our daughter (who is now almost 4) and it still works great, however the one for our son who just turned a year, no longer works.

Cute!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the elephant after our owl stopped working correctly (Oshkosh was AMAZING on helping us out with that), and I wish I would have started out with the elephant. The belly is more of a comforting glow where the owl lit up the room. The star protector is an absolute favorite in both! We couldn't do bedtime without these nightlights!

Do you sell the lead/cable to power the Moonlight & Melodies Nightlight Soother Elephant? I was given on a couple of years ago for my first child and now need it for my second child but the lead has frayed and doesn’t work. I need a replacement lead only.

Did you recently change the sound? I just bought two more elephants for my twins for our cottage and it is different from the ones I bought in the spring. Unfortunately the sound isn’t loud enough anymore and somehow muffled.
