Doesn't work?
It plays music just fine but it doesn't seem to let me record anything and there is no blue light when I hit the cry sensor

Upset with product
We have had the sloth for 2 days, my son received it for Christmas hes only 8 weeks old , the heartbeat feature seemed to really calm him down. All of a sudden after 2nd day using the sloth it plays for 1 minute than shuts off. We changed the batteries, anything we could think of and nothing is working. This defeats the purpose of the soothing sloth. I don't want to go and buy another one if this will happen again. My son seemed to be soother for the 2 days of use.

Disappointed
I love the idea of this product but it is not loud enough at all so it sort of defeats the purpose, sadly I can’t return it and am now stuck with a very expensive teddy. I was looking forward to this as everything else about it seems ok

Not worth the price tag
Only plays for 20 minutes, not even one baby sleep cycle, not long enough at all.
No volume adjustment and volume is too low, not loud enough for car or pram use.
Velcro very poor and does not hold to itself around pram.
Toy is very cute which is why I bought it but completely impractical if looking to use as portable white noise.

Should’ve read the instructions
Tired and sorely disappointed at this product. There’s no volume control and the voice activation doesn’t work?
Purchased this product to help soothe our baby , but it does the opposite :(

Love!
I have read that newborns need contrasting colors like black and white to hold their attention so this was a great option for sound soothers. I love that its cry activated and it stops my daughter from crying pretty quickly since she seems to really enjoy soothing music. Love this!

Love the voice feature!
My daughter is on the older age range of this product so I wasn’t sure how she’d like it at first, but she really likes it! We keep this hanging by her crib—the magnetic clasps make it super easy and it actually stays put. It’s actually to turn on and off, and I like the cry-activated feature. Most of all the voice feature is super easy to record and convenient to have.

I purchased this item through very and was pleased my daughter is now 16 weeks old and has used it since birth however all of a sudden the speakers started to sound crackly and now it doesnt work at all ... how can i fix this/get a replacement

The cry sensor is on and blue light is flashing. The baby is crying over a few minutes but the product cannot play the pre-recorded voice.

I have the cry activated unicorn soother with custom recorded message and the directions didn't have many details. Can I turn on cry-activated mode without turning on the sound? If not, how long will the sound play? How long does the toy "listen"?
You can’t turn on the cry-activated mode without turning on the sound. Selected music/sound will play for 20 minutes. If the cry sensor is on, the soother will remain in stand by mode, waiting to detect crying. It will continue to listen until device is off.
