Needs waterproof warning labels & better design fo
The warning label stickers comes off in pieces and floated in my baby’s bath water. I had to scoop out the pieces of paper in bath water. I eventually, did my best to rub off all the sticker paper, but it left an ugly sticky residue on the inside of the tub walls. I couldn’t remove the sticky residue. The company should have went with waterproof warning labels.
When I transitioned from newborn to the sitting position sling, the sling would unroll and didn’t provide enough support. I found myself going back to the newborn sling or supporting my baby with one hand.
I also didn’t like the tabs used for the newborn sling inside the tub. When my baby outgrew the newborn sling and when he went up and down, I noticed it sometimes scrape his back and butt.
I like that it converts from newborn to toddler stages and has a hook to hang the tub to dry. One star.

No mold and works well up for stages 1 and 2 only
I have to say this tub works well but isn’t as convertible as expected. I never had mold like others claimed they got but hung it to dry right after our baths and it was always dry for the next bath and never stayed wet. Detaching the sling hooks to go to the next stage is tough and was not very ergonomic to do at all. My real problem is stage 3. The “grip” stripes they put on the bottom do NOT do anything. My daughter has been sitting independently for nearly two months but she floats and topples over on the tub alone. I lay the sling on the bottom for grip and she has no issues that way. But just annoying considering I thought I was done with the sling.

Nice features but quick to form mold
I did not even have it for a whole year when I started noticing the form mold on the net, where the net attaches and other places. I really liked that it could adjust to my sons growth but the mold is obviously not safe so it’s just sitting there now and I have to bathe him differently.

Great product. But…
My daughter loved this tub as a newborn and still loves it at 7 months. She is not quite sitting unassisted yet, so the sling is helpful. Especially when she is sleepy and fussy in the evening. My only complaint is with regards to maintaining the cleanliness of the tub. I see that other people posted reviews of mold growing on the sling… of course mold will grow if you leave the wet sling in the tub after emptying the water! You have to remove it and hang it to dry. I wash the sling regularly, and would still notice a « hockey equipment smell » when it came out of the wash, unless I hang it to dry in a the sun during summertime, or put it in the washing machine. It would be helpful if Skip Hop sold replacement slings to swap out the old one after a while. I think it is the little foam roll at the « bum » of the sling that holds that smell when wet. Aside from this, it is a great product. Make sure to remove the stickers inside with oil or some kind of safe goo-removing product. Also remove your sling and wash it regularly to prevent mold from growing!

Gross Mold
Gross mold under the seat and in the seat clips. Despite being cleaned and hung to dry, there’s still mold. It’s so gross. We should be compensated or given another seat if this happens.

Warning stickers come off and float in tub
We love this tub but there are two huge warning stickers that dissolve a little into the bath every time we use so the girls bath water has little floaters of sticker. I tried to remove the stickers but they are impossible to remove without using chemicals which I’m not going to do because I use to clean my twin girls! Just silly design now I have two huge sticky spots on the inside of the tub. I know warning stickers are necessary so make them water proof or put them somewhere else not in it to disintegrate. Otherwise 5 stars for this tub - functionality and design are awesome but the gross stickers is really annoying

So uncomfortable
I would not recommend this tub - very awkward to bathe the baby in, doesn't fit in a regular adult tub, gets moldy so easily, the sticker inside baby tub doesn't come off but then peels little by little with each use. I would not spend this much on the tub. We ended up bathing together until baby was old enough and it was the best decision. Slip the baby tub

I want to remain standing while bathing my baby. I would like to know if there is a support or a tripod that is compatible with this model of bathtub, so that I don't have to squat. Thanks!
We do not recommend adding parts to this product as there are very specific tests that are performed to ensure the utmost safety of our items. Any modifications could compromise that.

The net insert in my tub broke, one of the yellow clip pieces that snaps in snapped off when trying to remove it to clean. Is it possible to get a replacement for that? My nephew and his wife are now pregnant and i wanted to pass the tub onto them.

Do you have ant suggestions about how keep baby from sliding down in stage 2 of the tub? He can’t sit up unsupported and isn’t resting comfortably on the sling even though it’s rolled up.
