Very Durable
Let me tell you durable this soother is. I got it as a baby shower gift before my son was born. He will be 3 this week. He carries it around the house sleeps with it every night. It gets bang against the wall and floor all day. It has been dropped in mud and snow put in the dogs water and it has gone down the basement stairs a few times. I ordered another one just waiting for this one to die but it has still held strong after 3 years and I'm convinced this thing will last forever. Absolutely amazing

Stopped Working
Only used this twice and it stopped working. Had it on the 60 min timer and shut off after 10 min. Then when I tried to turn back on it would go to the white noise fan option and shut off immediately.

Hi I have 2 of these and love them. My cord on one stopped working? Anyway you can send me a replacement cord? My baby isn't sleeping without it.

Even though the timer is on 60 mins, it keeps shutting off after 5 mins. I turn it back on and it keeps doing the same thing. How do I fix this?
Mine does this every time the batteries are low. I replace them and it works fine.
