Gift cards make a great gift for baby showers, birthdays, or other celebrations. Gift cards are redeemable in store or online, never expire, and are available in amounts from $10 to $200. Gift cards may be purchased online or instore. Please not that online gift card purchases must be paid via credit card. Carter's reserves the right to limit gift card purchases to $200 per customer per day.

Gift packaging is available for most items for $5. Items are gift boxed together. Items that are gift boxed will be removed from the protective plastic, wrapped in tissue paper, and placed in our signature gift box. Personalized message will be delivered with your gift, and gift receipt will not display pricing information.
Skip Hop product is not eligible for Gift packaging. If your Skip Hop order also contains any Carter's or OshKosh items, you can still purchase gift boxing. Your Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh items will be gift boxed.
Gift packaging is not available for curbside and store pickup orders.

You can return a gift for a merchandise credit by mail or to your nearest company-owned Carter’s or OshKosh B’gosh store. For returns by mail, your merchandise credit will be emailed to the email address associated with the order. Please contact us at 877-333-0117 to receive the merchandise credit at a different email address or return to original tender.

You may share your favorite items with family and friends . You may share your shopping cart or your hearted items. To share your shopping cart, click on the Share Cart button under the Checkout button. Share the link to allow others to view your current shopping cart contents.
You may use our hearting feature from any product page. Just heart the products you like and visit the My Hearts page to share your hearts with friends and family.
Find the My Hearts page on your mobile phone in the menu navigation--it's the button at the bottom. Your Hearts page can be accessed from the top navigation (upper right) of your desktop or tablet browser.
