1) When will my order be ready?

Most items will be ready for in-store pick up within two hours of the time you place your order online.
Some items may not be immediately available for pick up at your local store, but can be shipped to your store from our warehouse for free. Ship-to-store items usually arrive at the store within 3 to 7 business days. We’ll make sure to let you know when to expect your items during checkout and we'll send you an email when your items are ready for pick up.

2) What do I need to bring?

For a quick and easy order pick up, please bring the following with you to the store:
  • A government-issued photo ID
  • Your order number or the Pick Up Today notification email

3) Can I have someone else pick up?

Yes, you can add or change your pick up person on the checkout page or by contacting a Carter’s Customer Service representative at 1-877-333-0117. This person can pick up your order by presenting a valid government-issued photo ID and providing your order number or Pick Up Today notification email

4) Can I change my pick up location?

At this time, you cannot change your pick up store. You must pick up your order at the store you originally selected. If you’re unable to pick up your order, you can cancel your order.

5) How will I know my order is ready?

When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a Pick Up Today notification email with instructions. You can also opt to receive text updates during checkout.

Please contact a Carter’s Customer Service representative at 1-877-333-0117. Please have your original payment information available when calling to cancel your order.

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.
