Responsibilities:
- Select, manage, train, and set sales and distribution targets for sales representatives to a variety of channels including independent, specialty, internet and chain stores. This requires channel management and handling conflict issues.
- Implement processes to assist in tracking sales and order flow for account managers. Position is for a large number of independent, specialty and small chain stores. The ability to oversee many specialty accounts with individual needs is a key responsibility
- Communicate regularly with leadership, category manager, marketing, credit, customer service, and logistics to insure highest level of customer satisfaction
- Work with operations to ensure order flow for independent accounts is being maximized
- Gather feedback from account managers to share with design and product development to aid in the design process
- Work with marketing to develop strategies and branding messages to increase brand awareness and sales at retail
- Responsible for working with account managers on annual budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze current account structure and make recommendations to strategically align territories
- Travel with account managers to visit key accounts and strategize to maximize sales at retail
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales experience

- Mocking up products and packaging as needed
Job Requirements:
