Fun but broken
Was gifted this at my baby shower and my daughter loves spending time in it but she just turned 1 and the blue cloud has broken off completely from the activity center!!! What am I supposed to do? I thought this was made to be played with a child that weighs less than 20 lbs. and for a longer period that 7 months.

Bummed to share that like other skip hop patrons we are frustrated that we can’t replace our piano. Like many parents we saved the baby gear we had from our first child for future babies. What’s most frustrating is I intentionally stored the piano without batteries to eliminate the possibility of battery corrosion. So to my surprise, when I went to put fresh batteries I was shocked to find evidence of corrosion in an empty battery compartment. So disappointing skip hop. If this is a problem please let customers know what we can do to prevent this in care instructions or just sell replacement pianos.

Please sell replacement parts/accessories
Baby likes it but want to be able to buy a replacement seat cover, and new toys to swap out on it. The piano also stopped working even with new batteries which read is common in these reviews. Should be able to buy the accessories separately and haven’t seen that.

Grand baby loves! She was fed up with sitting still so got her this so she can do more. 5 months old and a little short for it but we put a blanket under her feet to give her a boost

Replacement parts, please!
We received this as a baby registry gift in early 2021 and put it to use for the first time toward the end of the year. Our first loved it and we tucked it away (in great condition) for subsequent kids. We now pulled it out, about 2 years after first use, for our second kiddo and found that the musical piano doesn't work anymore. I reached out to Skip Hop and since it's beyond the 2 year mark and they don't sell replacement parts, we're out of luck. So while I love the product itself, it seems like a major oversight to not have the capability to sell individual parts.

It started out good..
Loved this for a while…. Until we found all of the mold. The clear tray needs a new design. This mold was hiding for months. So scary that our daughter was exposed to that mold.

When to lower the bottom platform?
The child's feet should not be flat nor not touching. When you see the child's feet resting flat on the platform, it is time to lower it. Please see photo for how the child's feet should be.

Am I able to order a new cloth seat liner? Saved mine in my garage to use with my new baby and took it out to find it had gotten damp and molded. Would love to replace just the seat part.

When do you lower the bottom of the activity center? I am confused about the max height and safety.

Is the clear window removable for cleaning? We have spilled baby food and it ran underneath the edges.
The clear window is not made to be removed. We have heard from other parents that taking a tooth pick or q-tip to clean in the cracks does work.
